Plants are not dispatched on weekends or holidays to avoid plants being in their packaging for longer than they ought to be.

We aim for plants to be in their packaging and box for no more than 24 hours.

Rural Area

If you live in a rural area with no normal Saturday delivery please let us know immediately if you purchase on a Friday, so that we can dispatch your order on Monday to avoid the plant boxed in transit all weekend.

We always strive to keep our customers satisfied in every way and we offer a generous 30 day return as a result, unlike some others.

30 Day Return Accepted 

We do have a small terms and conditions which is simply that the plant/s can only be returned if they are kept in their original condition, i.e. not tampered or modified in any form. Seller is responsible for return postage costs and must be sent Next Day Special Delivery 1pm, and dispatched between Monday-Friday (to avoid hold up). 

In the unlikely event of any plants sent from us to the customer in bad condition, we will refund you in full including your return postage costs when you return the plant back to us. 

If the plant is damaged in transit by the Royal Mail; we will please need photographic evidence from yourself of the damaged plant in the box on arrival before you return it to us; to help us make the claim with the Royal Mail. In this case we will refund you including your return postage costs, after you have graciously taken the photos for us and returned the plant/s.
